JeenJewels prides itself in fulfilling our customer orders in the best and fastest way possible. Once we receive your order, our jewelry team goes in to action, finishing the customized jeweler as per your specification and shipping the same in a very quick turn around time.
Please note that all our items have their shipping date indicated with them. This shipping date is visible throughout the order process also. This is an estimate shipping date by which we would ship the order to you. Normally our orders are shipped on or before this indicated date. However in some cases, when the item needs extra customization or is not readily available. In such cases shipping delays can occurs.
If you are in need of an item which is required very urgently and if you have a fixed date before which you need the same, please indicate this date in the "Notes" section while placing your order. or email us. This would help us prioritize your order.
Layaway orders are shipped within 3 business days once your final payment is processed and confirmed by the bank. Layaway orders are shipped to your address as indicated at the time you first place the order. If by the time you have completed the layaway payments, and you have moved, or if you need us to ship the order to a different shipping address, kindly indicate the same to us via phone or email, before you complete the last payment.
All orders above $800 in value automatically qualify for free express shipping, either via Fedex, USPS Express, or Canada Express Post. The final choice of shipping company depends on our shipping team who would use the method they seem fit. If you prefer a particular shipping company, please let us know via phone or email. Please note that PO Box address cannot have expedited shipping.
All orders below $800 in value are shipping via normal mail, either via USPS Priority Mail, or Canada Post Regular mail. The shipping transit time for regular mails is slightly higher and it can take between 4-6 days for delivery once shipped by us. If you wish to upgrade your shipping to faster priority shipping, please let us know, and we can do the same. Appropriate shipping cost would apply.
All orders are shipped with full insurance. All our packages require a signature upon delivery. The package is completely insured until it is delivered to your door. We cannot ship a package without signature delivery option. If you are not available to sign for the package at the time of delivery, the shipping company would leave you a notice. You then need to contact the shipping company and arrange for convenient time.
Once our orders are shipped, we would update you with the package tracking number via email unless you have requested to be updated by phone. You can then track the packages by visiting the respective shipping company website.
We offer Free Regular Shipping on Most orders within USA and Canada. All international orders outside USA and Canada have a shipping charge. You can email us with the details and we can update you on the exact costs. The international shipping costs are non-refundable. The shipping cost varies based on the location. The buyer is responsible for any customs/VAT/GST/Duty on international shipments. We ship all international orders via Fedex and they will either invoice you or charge you the associated costs at the time of delivery. International shipments do not qualify for returns/refunds.
